Chef Daniel Brewer, MS, RDN, LD
Daniel Brewer is a chef, registered dietitian, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Saint Louis University. He brings energy and creativity to the classroom, blending culinary training with nutrition science to help students learn by doing. As faculty advisor for Fresh Gatherings Café + Farm, Brewer works alongside students to grow, cook, and serve food that reflects SLU’s values of care, community, and social justice. Passionate about inclusive dining and innovation, he helps future dietitians and culinarians design food experiences that welcome everyone to the table.
