Fresh Gatherings is a student-run cafe at Saint Louis University. Focus is placed on high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients to create freshly-made meals. The team is composed of students from a diverse range of majors and culinary backgrounds overseen by Saint Louis University’s Nutrition and Dietetics faculty. The kitchen is a space that fosters creativity and encourages teamwork to share culinary explorations with our customers.
